Warranty Terms:
We offer 15 days return warranty that starts right from the date when you receive your product. If you come across any problem with the product which is delivered to you then you can contact us directly at our Support centre.
Warranty Process:
In order to ensure a fast and smooth warranty process then please tell everything in details about your order such as SKU number or product name and order number. You need to follow three simple steps:

We will arrange a return under the warranty Return Merchandise Authorization, once we review all the details that you have provided to us.
Make sure that you ship the packed items exactly in the same manner which is mentioned in RMA instructions that are provided by our team.
Warranty Compensation
The items need to be returned within the 15 days of warranty, while it should be returned to our US warehouse along with an RMA form which is given by our Customer Support Team. We will allow a return for a refund, while we can also provide an exchange if the item is unused with all the labels, original packaging as well as tags. We will only be able to offer you compensation, once we receive the item.
Return Costs
Keep one thing very clear in your mind that you need to cover the shipping fee in order to return the items to us. While this cost is non-refundable in nature. Customers need to give us the tracking details for their package so that we can monitor the return. Only after we receive the order, we will be able to process any kind of compensation. US customers will be provided with a prepaid shipping label. The fee for this is then subtracted from the refund.
Return Policies
As indicated on the RMA document, customers need to return the package as per our instructions as well as shipping address. Once the customer support team has authorized the return then only the package should be sent along with shipping fee for returning the package. Remember that if the packages that are sent back are without authorization or not as per the RMA instructions then it will not be accepted.
